A.R RULES

 Each AR member must and will have respected the rules below:

• All A.R members will treat all operators and A.R Members with respect.
• Do not use any calling frequency, as a chat frequency and block it out for other radio operators, move to a free frequency.
• All A.R activations must be approved by A.R-HQ Team. No exceptions. Any A.R operator who does activation, with out A.R-HQ approval/authorization will be expelled from the A.R Group. No exceptions no excuses...
• All QSL cards for A.R activations must be approved by A.R-HQ Team before printing takes place and must contain A.R Logo on front/back side an with AR-HQ information on back.
• To keep your callsign/unit Number, you must inform A.R-HQ every year in November to validate your membership, by email or letter or via A.R webpage renewal free form.
• New members will only be allowed a low unit Number if there QTH is a small Island/Rare island or under very special circumstance.
• Activations must be validated, by sending proof, i.e. photographs plain/boat tickets, and supplying as much info/proof as possible of activation as soon as you get home or before if possible.
• A.R-HQ will appoint a qsl manager for all activations. No matter how big or small the activation.
• Please be aware of your Countries Rules and regulations, A.R Group accepts no responsibility if you get caught breaking these rules.
• AR-HQ has the right to change/update & add to these rules; you will be informed on A.R website for any changes in the A.R Rules.
